Good day community, I request a suggestion, for one of an application to send NPS surveys to customers where the questions sent can be editable, as well as the mail that is sent and most importantly, metrics can be obtained from said questions for the NPS, and it will be possible to extract this data.

It seems NPS Survey is an add-on from Marketplace, I would recommend that you should contact the vendor directly for support as this add-on is not a part of out of the box component in JSM by Atlassian.
