automation for jira plugin - access is denied

Hi,

we use jira service desk cloud, and when we want to get started the plugin "automation for jira" we get the message:

Access denied

You do not have the correct permissions to view the page: Welcome to Automation for Jira!

Please request access from your Atlassian Cloud administrator.

we are logged as site administrators, but still the message occurs.

how can we fix it?

Hello,

It was an Atlassian trouble with the permissions, they've resolved in a technical support.
