Hi,

we have a "standard"contract and we are using Jira Servicedesk, which means we have a total of 100 automation rules. but, received the message that we have reached our limit, out of the blue sky and within 5 days.....

we now want to check which rules have a negative impact, however, Jira shows only the usage of the last 30 days instead of current period.

are there options to show only the rules of current period, which starts for us at 15th per month instead of the 1st per month.

@erik alkema with the Standard plan you should have 500 executions per month in Jira cloud, according to Atlassian's documentation:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/jira-cloud-plans-972338880.html

To check which rules count against your execution limit, go here (swap in your sub-domain in place of "YOURSITE"):

https://YOURSITE.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.codebarrel.addons.automation/cb-jira-automation-rules

This will show your usage:

Hi Trevan,

thanks for your update, but this was already known....

instead of last 30 days I would like to understand how many automation rules were created in last period, which starts for us at 15th of the month. beside this I would like to understand which rule impacted the total that much that we already have issues after 5 days, while earlier periods were fine...

current overview in Jira is not sufficient for me.

regards,

Erik.
