Some of our customers and users can't use service desk through port 8443.
I need step by step or explicit tutorial for change it.
according to the documentation and previous knowledge the appropriate location to change the port is the file "server.xml".
Have you had a look into this one?

Note: it might make much sense to test it first on a lower environment and to do any changes only after an announcement and after off-office hours.

You wouldn't normally use it on 8443. Where have you configured the install to listen, and how?
