collecting ideas request and to be ranked based on some answers

HI Experts,

Iam using JSM data Center, and I want to make request to collect ideas from employees then it will go to committee for approval then it will go to manager they will answer some questions based on their answers the ideas should be Ranked

1- Is there any idea how to make this ranking?

2- I want also the questions for ranking appear only to managers 

  it there any idea Please ?

You could set up portals with a simple "Idea" request type, and that's what I would have recommended (with more detail) until a few months ago.  If you then created a Jira Software board that included the ideas, you could use standard ranking in there, and use automation to give you numbers to help with ranking (for example, with an idea, the number of comments can be very useful helping to judge interest, and the voting system)

I'd now recommend a look at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery - despite the name suggesting it's limited to product, it's much more widely useful, it's definitely built for gathering, organising and getting feedback on any sort of idea!
