I wanted to know if there was any documentation for best practices, the necessary configuration when our client also has Jira as a ticketing system on their side and thus be able to set up a way that everything will work well in terms of tickets and responses.
What is the best configuration for our "Jira" to communicate well with their "Jira" on their side?
Are there things to consider, some configuration to do?
I want to avoid email loops when someone send a email from their Jira to ours and vice versa.
