create a story from email

HI there

we have different project types set up, and i am struggling to add certain small things in a certain epic / project which are coming from email. 

what i want: 

for example in a software project i want to be able to not only create issues/stories etc from the board, but also to simply forward an email into that project (from different sources) so that we than have a task and notation of this task. 

How to do this on the most easiest way possible?
