Hey @Ravi B

Welcome to Atlassian Community !!

The below answer holds good for Company managed SD Project.

You can create a custom field and add it the service request screen. Detailed steps a mentioned below.

First go to "Administration" --> "Issues" --> "Custom fields". Here create a custom with the name and provide the list of values there. KB Link https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-a-custom-field/

Next step is to add the Custom field to Screens. To do this you can navigate to the Project Settings --> Screens. There select the Service Request Screen and Add the field there.

These 2 steps will make the field available in create issue screen.

One Last step is to add the custom field to Request types, to do this navigate to "Project Settings" --> "Request types", there select the request type where you want to make that field available. There you will see "Edit Fields" option. Click on that and add the field there. You can check this KB here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-fields-of-a-request-type/

Let me know in case of questions.

Regards,

Vishwas
