Hello, is it possible to create a dashboard natively in Jira or Confluence where I can view all tickets that were created and completed by day of the week? In addition to this view, I would like to click on the person's name and view how many calls they resolved/handled by day of the week

dashboard

Hi @Kauana Rodrigues dos Santos

You can create a JSM custom report

It will look like this example:

You may want to start with the Default reports especially with the Requests resolved, using this as a template you can add a series for each of your engineers.

This is a very good article to start with Unlocking the Power of Jira Service Management Reporting: A Comprehensive Guide

I hope this helps

Best regards

Hi @Kauana Rodrigues dos Santos,

I'm afraid that this is not entirely possible with the Jira's default gadgets or Confluence Macros.

You could use the Filter Results gadget/macro to view the tickets resolved/created by date.  Just configure the gadget with a filter that returns the issue created/resolved in current week or on last 7 days, and ordered by created/resolution date.

For more advanced stats, my advice is to search on Atlassian Marketplace for a plugin that provides such gadget or macro.

If you are willing to use a plugin, our Great Gadgets app has a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that can display this data for you. This example shows how you can see how many tickets were resolved by each person.
