Hi,
we are using Jira Service Desk (Cloud) with the new view enabled.
When a user sends an email (with a email attachment) to our service desk email address, we cannot see the email attachment.
The agent will see the following in the comment :

__iso_8859_1_Q_tennes_et_autres_.eml] (740 kB)
When appending ?oldIssueView=true to the ticket URL, we can click the email attachment but it returns us the following error : HTTP ERROR 404
How can I go about resolving this issue.
