field will not accept information

Good Afternoon

I am hoping you can help me –

I am attempting to add a visitor request to JIRA and I keep getting stuck at the below – no matter what I enter for internship supervisor it wont accept it. I don’t even remember those last 3 questions existing before – I reread the email about upcoming changes to visitor request but see nothing. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

Hi Kristine, 

I may be wrong but I get the impression that you are trying to raise a request on your organization's portal and are getting stuck when trying to enter a value for the internship supervisor. 

This is an online public community hosted by Atlassian so unfortunately this won't be something we can help with. I suggest you reach out to your own internal service desk for assistance.

Hi Kristine,

Have you confirmed there are no length (Minimum or maximum) restrictions and that there are no regex pattern restrictons?
