Is their any way fields should be specific to “some values in jira service management portal
Reuirement example : we have one field in our request type. example " what is your request " under that drop dow we have options like A,B,C,D.
if i select "C "i need saparate feilds in portal for C value .
i have tried but i am not getting result

I would recommend that you to take a look at the following paid add-on
"Scriptrunner for Jira" - where it has a component named "Behavior" that can hide/display fields based on other fields value. The vendor is continuing working with Atlassian on providing all the features of this component in the CLOUD env where they are already available for the on-prems Data Center env.

Another option is to use the "FORMS" functionality associated with JSM to develop dynamic form configuration for issue creation in the project. However, this functionality is available only in the Standard and above subscription plans.
Unfortunately, it is not out of the box on the function that you are asking for.
