We do have a single list having numeric dropdown values and every agent who is working closed/resolved ticket each month.
Let say if an agent is resolving 10 tickets each month and in each ticket agent have select different dropdown values like 2 for 3 ticket and and other dropdown values and each ticket would have single value and we want to add all those values in a single field so that we can create report
