×I have a request to update/change the email address for a project. This project has both internal corporate customers & agents and external contracted agents. I can tackle the internal corporate replies to issues via email by creating exchange rules to catch any emails to old address and forward. But how to handle any of the external?
For now I've created a new project with the old email address to catch any emails.
Does Jira have the ability to handle multiple email addresses for one project?
