I am using jira service desk cloud when i reply to the customer with comments and attachments the attachments file(pdf,word,etc) all those attached files are recived from customer mail as a link format but i want recive attachments as it is original format for viewing and download from mail only. kindly help us with this issue.

If you are replying to the customer from within the application itself that is how it works and cannot be changed. There is an open suggestion on this but it is long standing. If you want the attachments to be embedded then you would need to reply to the customer via email directly. In that case be sure to reply to a thread associated with the ticket so it is entered in the ticket itself.
