Did you mean:

how do I find which rule automation rule executed for a particular issue ?

Gourav Sharma January 28, 2025

Hi All!

Good Day!

How do I find all automation that executed for a particular issue.

Sometimes, we need to modify or delete them when they shows up in comment or history for an issue, also there is no clear sign whether it is triggered by new automation rule feature or legacy automation, lambda, post function or through any other ways, this is hard to find when you have thousands of automations running.

this doesn't show up the full list of automation that triggered to a particular issue type.

thanks in Advance !

Hi @Gourav Sharma

The central Automation overview is focussed on rules and you can only find the issues acted upon in the Audit log for each run.

However, there should be an "Automation" Tab on the lower left side of your issue that shows recent rule executions. It's right below the fields section of your issue.

Great news @Gourav Sharma

The newest Release notes announced an update to the Global Audit log that will allow you to show all executions for a specific issue:
