how do i auto populate object attributes based on object relationships?

I have an issue type called employee profile. This issue type is used to capture all information regarding our employees. There is an automation set to create a new "Employee" object in insight, Within this ticket, there are a few insight fields. One of these insight fields, "Branch", pulls a list of all of our branches that are objects in insight. That branch is associated with a number of other objects such as; area, region, division, channel.

How do I build an automation, that when we select "branch" from the insight drop-down field, it automatically fills in all of the other objects as attributes within the employee object that pertain to the "branch" object?
