Currently I am in a bind that I cannot fix as I am not shure if it can be done.... currently when our pilot users create a ticket in our portal everyone can see the tickets. For personal reasons we do not want that. we want our users to see only their own tickets. how can we fix that?
also where can i remove this option shown in the picture:
for the none Dutch speakers it show the Shared with dropdown on our portal but we do not want it to be shared.
Hi @Frank , if these are "Customers" that only have portal access you can control customer sharing under project settings > customer permissions. Customers will not be able to see other customer's issues unless the customer shares the issue with them.
