how i get list of issue and knowledge base article

i am working on JSM and i create a project when user login with his/her user id,list of issue related to that user will be seen on screen,but can;t find any endpoint which get list of all issue,there is issue endpoint available with issue key,and i want also list of knowledge base article without query,is it any end point available.
