Hi, 

in JSM, I want to know how to determine the first and last name of a customer from their email address.

Currently, I am returning with an email address from a mailing list associated with the first and last name of a collaborator.
This person also has an Atlassian account with their professional address, it's very disturbing.

I don't understand where it comes from and how to modify this information.

@Mélanie Liguet I guess you cant do it. You might want to implement a "best" approach instead.
