Hi, we have a new servisedesk created in jira (servicedesk new project) I want to have an email address specified so that all notfications are sent to the specific email, like new ticket created, added comment, changed assignee. In general I want to have all actions which were taken to be sent to the email address. I have created a new notification scheme which is assigned to the project where notifications should be sent to the email address but so far no notification was received. Perhaps do you have a tip how to configure jira so I can get all notifications?
Hi @appsupport
Welcome to the community!
Can I ask why you want all notifications to go to that email address?
Does the email that you are sending to match the agent who performed the action? If so, the user will not get notifications for their own action.
Also, the notifications will only go to a specific email address if the 'browse projects' permission is 'public' - you may want to add the email address that you want the notifications to go to as a service desk agent (this will use one licence) so that notifications can go to this user.
The following link will show you where to find the 'Permission Helper' and 'Notification Helper' - these should help you to diagnose why the notification is not getting through

Hope that helps

Thank you for your answer, I came up with a differentt idea and it solved my issue, Ichanged the notification (assigned a single user, the user has the desired email address). THe notifications are coming to the creator of the issue and to the email address. Thank you guys for you quick responses :)
