Can you provide more details on your ask? If you are referring to Microsoft Power BI, then here is a link that you can take a look - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/fr-fr/blog/explore-your-jira-data-with-power-bi/

NOTE - There are many thing that you can do within JSM to obtain your data for reporting needs.  However, it is hard to determine why you want to use Power BI without knowing more details.
