How to get email notifications when changes are made to JIRA tasks? Everyone on my team should be getting the updates through email. Please see the screenshot for reference.

First of all do you REALLY want every team member to get updated about every change that is made in a ticket. Which can be a lot and people are tend to make inbox rules which deletes the Jira messages from their inbox. Resulting in the opposite you want to achieve.

So it is better to only send an update about changes that matter.

But if you want to notify everybody, you can do that in different ways:

1. Make an automation rule in your project which sends an email to the entire team when an issue has been changed.
2. Make everybody watcher (use an automation rule) of every issue in your project, with a properly setup notification scheme (all watcher get notifications about updates) your team member will be informed.
3. Change the notification scheme and add the notification. Use the 'Team member' role when an issue update is created.

But again make sure this is really your requirement.
