how to replace imperial units by metric units in Asset Management (QR Code labelling)

hello.

We are using the built-in Asset Management in Jira Service management, and we need to print labels with QR codes. But the interface only allows us to set lengths in inches (imperial measures), whereas non-American countries use metric measures (centimeters).

How to set Jira to use metric units ?

Based on the App's icon, I don't think you're using the inbuilt Insights Asset Management - instead, looks like you're using this App: Asset Management for Jira.

Given the question is quite specific - I'd recommend contacting the vendor directly for assistance. To do this...

1. Go to their listing on the Marketplace
2. Select the Support tab: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222692/asset-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
3. Choose a contact method from the right-hand menu

I have written to the support team of AssetManagementForJira, upon your advice. They just answered they do not support the metric system for QR codes.
