how to select KB artical to issue

we are unable to select KB to the issue. if we selelcted it's got updated in comments section.

so we cannot get report comments. 

we want to get the KB and issues in Reporting. please help me how we can do it.

Hi Kishor,

Can you describe step-by-step what you are doing and where the problem is? Also, are you following any Atlassian documentation/guidance? If so, can you share the link?
