we have created Automation rules to create parent and child tickets. when child ticket is created, we have configure to generate email notification
now the problem is -------- when Parent ticket updated or status changes then child ticket DL getting emails.
it should not happend. it shoud be stoped to sending notifications.
how we can achive it.
Hi @Kishor Mudhili , The automation you show above should have no impact on sending a notification to any user associated with the child issues when the parent issue is updated. So either there is another automation that is sending the notifications or the users between the child issues and parent issues overlap. In other words, if you're simply updating the parent issue, and there is no automation at fault for sending the notifications, then any notification is simply coming from the parent update according to the associated notification scheme.
