incident and service request ticket should show in Seprate

Hi All,

Can some please support I have created one service management project in that project I'm not able to check incident and service request ticket.

Issue - I have created incident and request queues in project but when I'm raising ticket via mail or using portal the incident ticket should be go in incident bucket and service request ticket go in request bucket.

Hi @Mahesh Yadav 

Ensure that the queues for incidents and service requests are set up with the correct JQL (Jira Query Language) filters. For example:

 

  • Incident Queue: issuetype = Incident
  • Service Request Queue: issuetype = "Service Request"

thanks for the response.

if you can little bit explain where i have to go and add this JQL then i can see under project once opened project, incident and request should be show.

Please share steps i'll do the same

@Mahesh Yadav Please click on the Service Request and Incident and then you will see an option to edit.
