We have 2 JSM projects, 1 public project open for anybody & 1 internal project only accessible by our employees.
We move tickets to the internal project when we know Reporter and all Request Participants are a Customer in the internal project.
But with the number of Customers growing, it becomes difficult to know this all by heart.
Hence we're looking into a way to have Jira inform us when Reporter or Request Participants don't have access to the internal project.
I don't think we can avoid the move from happening.
But we could for example use an automation rule that is triggered after a move and then check if the Request Participants have access.
I didn't find the option to perform this check though.
Anybody has a suggestion?
