install insigth in Jira Service Management

I would like to know how to install insigth in Jira Service Management cloud.

Hi @ecastro , you would need to be on Premium for this. It is not available for Free or Standard tiers.

As Jack mentions, the Insight app was acquired by Atlassian some time ago and is now integrated in their offering.

Only Premium and above has access to it and it becomes available automatically when you upgrade your plan to Premium.

Manual install/purchase for any lower plan is no longer possible.
