Hello, I would like to integrate the customer portal into a website so that the customer portal page opens via the contact button on the website. I have added the generated script to the website under project settings widget, but I only get a question mark symbol when you click on it. There is then a field for help to fill in and send, but I am not redirected to the customer portal where I can select the different topics. Are there detailed instructions for integrating the customer portal into websites? Would appreciate an answer very much. Gladly also in German if there is a German community?
Thanks a lot
Hey @Serhat Özdemir ,
Based on your question mark reference it seems you are adding the widget to your webpage.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/embed-a-widget-onto-a-web-page/
That would indeed either give you a direct form for one specific request type or depending on how you configure it provide you the ability to choose a form (you'll have configure that in the widget settings)
If you however just want to have a redirect button you could just put the link of your portal behind that button "https://yourname.atlassian.net/servicedesk"
Wenn Sie jedoch nur eine Weiterleitungsschaltfläche haben möchten, können Sie einfach den Link Ihres Portals hinter diese Schaltfläche setzen " https://yourname.atlassian.net/servicedesk " .
Perfect that's it.
Thanks for the quick and easy solution
