Hi
Is it possible to add fields like estimation / sla time here so te customer can do also a follow up ??
Hi @Ken Saey
Yes, it is possible to display SLA status and fields like Target Date on the Customer Portal, but usually only with the help of Marketplace apps. If you’re open to using one, I’d recommend trying SLA Time and Report for Jira. It gives you much more control over what customers see and how SLA information is presented.
Here’s a quick guide on how you can achieve this:
With SLA Time and Report, you’ll get:
Flexible SLA configuration
Notifications and automated actions when SLAs are breached
Powerful reports and dashboards with real-time indicators
If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to help.
Regards!
Hi @Ken Saey
You can easily achieve your goal by using a third-party app. I recommend TicketBook - Service Time and Contract Management for Jira, developed by my team at OBSS.
While Ticketbook doesn't display per-ticket estimation fields or live SLA timers, it is designed to provide a more powerful, high-level view of the entire service agreement.
Ticketbook shows your customers the total Ticket Counts and Service Hours consumed against their contract for the current period, directly on the customer portal. This allows them to see exactly how much of their service quota has been used and how much remains, which is perfect for a meaningful follow-up.
This feature bridges the gap between the business-level service contract and the day-to-day operational tickets in Jira Service Management, giving your customers the clarity they need.
You can see more details and screenshots on our our Atlassian Marketplace page.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Ken Saey ,
You can add more fields using a third-party app like Advanced Portal Reports. It will allow you to add any Jira field to the ticket on the portal, any column to the request list and also enhance the filters: SLAs, Due dates, logged work, custom fields, labels, etc.
Cheers,
Elitsa

Hi @Ken Saey and welcome to the community!
