I have Templating.app but after starting to create a template Jira throws me a error page with feedback " is not working at the moment, or the page may have moved to a new web address"

I use Chrome browser
Cleared the browser history
Logout & login again
Use Edge instead of Chrome

But stil not able to continue with Templating.app

Any help how to resolve this needed

@Peter Akkerman this is the API issue with the app itself. You need to contact their vendor support. Find the app on the marketplace listing then click on Support. Every vendor should have their support page.
