We are experiencing this error: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-44835
Basically the assignee drop down hangs when we try to use it to re-assign users. Not sure what the fix is but it appears that other organizations still have this issue.
The workaround is to type the user name but hopefully we can find a more robust fix soon.
It looks like the issues has been out there for quite some time. Is Atlassian looking into the issue and planning to fix it soon?
