limitations in Issues, Users, Comments and Custom Fields

Hi Team,

 

In Enterprise version what is the max limit of issues can be created 

what is the max user limit

what is the comments limit 

what is the custom fields limit

 

 

In one Article i saw we have limitation if the above 

Issues  600,000 to 2,000,000

Users 25000

Custom Fields 800 to 1,800

Comments 1,000,000 to 4,000,000

 

 

WHAT IF WE NEED TO GO BEYOND IT

@Sai -

For JSM Cloud, the limitation is focus on Users (Agent licenses) primarily.  Since your subscription is Preimum plan, then you can have up to 10,000 agents.  Customers are unlimited.

For # of issues/custom fields/issue comments are recommendations and are not limitations in my opinion and experiences.  It is a different story against the Data Center env as they impact the application performance.

There no issue limitation.  Again, you should contact Atlassian Support for any update.

In my opinion, if the Atlassian can't remove this limitation, you should purchase another plan, and start with a different instance.
