list of all Projects, Issue types and associated request types on my instance

I'm an Org Admin and I'm wondering if there is a way to generate a report that identifies all of the projects, their issue types and their associated request types

E.g.

Project X > issue type "How Do I" > Request type B

Project X > issue type "How Do I" > Request type C

Project Y > issue type "how Do I" > Request type Q

Project Z > issue type "Ask a question" > Request type B

Hi Anthony,

I don't know a way how to do this out of the box, but you could write a script which uses the REST API to generate such a report.

I would write it like:

  1. Get all servicedesks
With this request you can retrieve all service desk projects. This includes a service desk id.
  2. Get all request types for each service desk
With this service desk id, you can call this API to get all request types, this also contains the id of every issue type.
  3. Generate a report
You can then generate eg a csv file based on this data

Maybe this helps?
Matthias.

Hey Matthias,

Thanks, you've confirmed my own investigations.

I found a workaround similar to what you suggested but using a JSM Power BI add-on we purchased.

I guess I just hoped that there might be a more intuitive OOTB solution.
