I would like to know if there is any app that integrates Live Chat with Jira Service Management Cloud?
If so, does this integration work with asset fields?

I'm Iryna from Appfire. We offer live chat capability for Jira Service Management. Using the app, you can add the chat widget to your website or customer portal, and Jira tickets will be automatically created based on Chat conversations. You can display asset fields for such tickets if this is what you mean under integration.
