Out of the box the customers cannot see the value of the Resolution field. It is possible with the Cloud app that we created - Advanced Portal Reports.

Do you please know if it is now possible to show the Resolution field in the customer portal by any means?
I've been searching for a while and didn't find anything yet, so I wanted to double check with an expert.

Using our app mentioned above it is possible. Out of the box unfortunately it is not.
