@ mention not working

When i type @User it is not working anymore, no list of users is brought up, it doesnt change to highlighted and no alert is sent.

 

Simply users normal text, can you advise?

Hi @Tracey Dodds and welcome to the community!

It seems that you dont have the "Browse Users and group" global permission. You need to ask you jira admin to give this permission back.
