migrating from another platform

Anyone have any input on how to migrate service requests/tickets & knowledge based articles from another service desk system to Jira?

Hey @Tom Nielsen

It depends on what you are migrating from. Theres tons of apps on the Atlassian Marketplace that help with migrating. I would search over there to see if your current service has a migration app.

Jira Cloud also offers importing issues via CSV. If your current service does not have a migration app, that might be the way to go.
