hello Team,

I'm new to JSM. I need to create filters and Dashboard with below requirement. please help me on this.

 

i want filter with Support group starts with "Apps" or  contains with "Apps". please help me with JQL.

 

how to i get report on last month resovled incidents.

I'm getting error message "The operator '~' is not supported by the 'Support team[Dropdown]' field."
