After hitting @ in commentfield in IRA Servicedesk,there is no access to the mailaddresses in the dropdown otherwise available to notify internally. I am using chrome. A restart didn't help.
Where i can check this in user config? i am JIRA admin.

please ask to a JIRA Administrator to check if you have Browse Users global permission.
