please delete my account for all services

while im deleting my account this what im getting.

If i click on the link given above im so much of confused. i dont know what to do. its getting irritate.

Go to my.atlassian.com, find the subscriptions that your primary billing/technical contact for, change it to some other person, or cancel the subscriptions, then you should be able to delete your account.
