Your Atlassian account was probably created because your user has access to a cloud tool such as Jira, Confluence, among others.
This process happens because every account linked to a tool is created globally as a member of Atlassian, allowing you to access the manufacturer's websites and official communities, for example.
Deleting your account means losing access to the tool your user has access to.
To have your account deleted, ask your corporation's Atlassian administrator to remove your access, if this access is inappropriate, or open a ticket with Atlassian support.

If the account is a personal account, and you know you do not need it to access any Atlassian systems (to add to Luiz's list, people don't realise Trello and this Community here are also accessed by your Atlassian account), then you can delete it yourself.

Log into https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences with the account (the login process will not land you there, but once in, just paste in the URL again), and you'll see a delete button.
