I have 2 knowledge bases linked to my service desk for 2 distinct products and wanted to filter the article suggestions based on the request form. In each knowledge base every article has a label specific to the product e.g. m2mexapi, m2mgo
ticket type A will only show articles from KB A
ticket type B will only show articles from KB B
however as soon as I add a label in the "Only show articles labled" then it no longer shows any results on that ticket at all
