"Share With" required field appeared in our request forms overnight

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The Live version of all our request forms now shows a required field to share the ticket with people. This appeared without warning nor consent. Our users are spamming the entire organization.
We need this share option REMOVED immediately from all request forms, but it does not appear in our backend Request Types view at all, so we cannot edit it. HELP!
