My query is that, customer should be able to close resolved ticket.
"Show transition in the customer portal Configure" is not visible when configured workflow.
Could you please help us to resolve this issue.

If your workflow is still inactive, you won't be able to add that option in. It must be active and as Olga said part of a Service Desk project.

Is your workflow attached to an active Service Desk project? If not that is the reason

I am on the Cloud version and the solution you provide doesn't seem to work.
Indeed, this screen does not exist, there is no "Show transition in the customer portal ".
