Hi guys,
We have activated the option for CC recipients to be added to service desk tickets that are imported via an IMAP mailbox.
This is working fine however it is including my email address as a "Request participant".
Is there a way to avoid this as our support mailbox is on the same domain and don't really want our email addresses on the participants list.

there isn't a means of controlling which CC addresses get added to RP. At least I have not seen such added as yet.
One thought here...if you are using organizations what if you include the address you "don't" want added in a separate organization, let's call it "excludeMe". Note, I have not tried this.

Sorry, me being stupid here :) but how would this stop the email notifications?
Are you able to turn off notifications for certain organisations?
