Hi,
In our JIRA environment, we have users configured in the same way, but some of them have the "Your boards" option and others don't.
We work using "Team-managed" projects.
I can't find a difference between users that would make this option visible.
The usual configuration is this...
What determines whether the option is displayed or not?
Thank you.
Francesc
Team-managed. They are in a group. Agent Role.
Company-managed. We don't use them anymore.
Only users who have been with the company for a long time have access to it.
With the Service Desk role. They were like that.
But I understand that the Company-Managed setting doesn't affect Team-Managed projects, which is where we want to have the custom boards.
Thank you.

Hi,
I've seen when this "Your boards" option appears: when you already have boards created.
I'd like to know how to access board creation if you don't have any.
We solved this by creating the board from another user and changing the owner.

To summarize what I've been testing and finding out, the question is...
How do I access the page to create boards if I don't have the "Your boards" option because I haven't created any?
Yes, I can if I have the URL, but I don't see the option in the app.
It might be something very obvious that I can't find... :-)
Regards!
