"opsbar-sequence" not affecting workflow status order

Hi everyone, I configured the workflow status order using the opsbar-sequence values, but the order is still displaying incorrectly. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the values I set for each status and the current ordering.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

You're likely setting the opsbar-sequence property on the statuses, not on the transitions. The opsbar-sequence property must be set on the transitions in your workflow to control the order of the status buttons that appear on an issue.

You cannot change the order of statuses.  In the WF, once opsbar-sequence property is setup in the transitions, it is essentially set the ordering of your WF statuses in the dropdown list...

You have to use transitions in the WF to move issues from status to status.

Anx chance to set the order by statuses? I do not want to use transitions.

Welcome to the community.  Did you specified the opsbar-sequence property setup at the WF transition level?  If not, then it will not work.

This property is not for the Status (Step) level.
