Good afternoon,
We have recently merged 2 teams and have created a new project for this. We have hidden the forms from the portal for the old projects however some people have the old forms bookmarked and are still able to raise tickets into these.
Is there a way to stop people using the old forms without the deleting them as I get the below error if i go to delete.
Deleting Application Fault will affect 4,505 requests.
Any details and fields unique to this request type may no longer be visible.
To move these requests to a different request type, use the bulk move function before deletion.
Thanks in advance
Mel
Hi @Melissa Cross ,
Would archiving the projects be an option for you: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/archive-and-restore-a-project/ ?
Cheers,
Peter
I'm afraid not as we will still need access to the tickets within that project. We just need the forms themselves to not function if that makes sense.
Thanks
Mel

Hi Melissa,
The documentation states that you can still access the tickets within the projects, just not edit them. But you'll need the direct links.
One other option is to remove all your customers from the project, as explained here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/remove-a-customer-from-a-team-managed-service-project/
Would that be an option for you?
Cheers,
Peter
